One of the most common audit findings isn't missing data. It's inconsistent data.

Agent records might be updated in one system but not another, leaving different information across PRISM, ASQAnet and the provider's website.

For auditors, those mismatches are more than an administrative oversight. They can indicate weaknesses in the provider's processes for managing agent information and meeting reporting obligations.
