Effectiveness comes from those qualitative things that give you the ability to network, communicate, and lead people toward an outcome they can't see. -Lynn Good
When it comes to effectiveness, it’s not always about technical skills and knowledge. In fact, the most effective leaders often possess a certain set of qualitative skills that allow them to network, communicate and lead others. These skills can’t be taught in a classroom, but instead must be developed over time through practice and experience.
We all know that success in the workplace is often measured by tangible outcomes. We may track our progress with metrics like sales goals and productivity, but quantitative markers are only part of the equation. True effectiveness comes from those qualitative things that give us the ability to network, communicate, and lead people toward outcomes they can’t see.
