It was a pleasure for the Foy’s Arcade team to host this year’s Department of Transport Event on behalf of ISPT, for Q***r women in transport, planning and construction!

The event was a great opportunity, to highlight the need for those working in the transport industry, to feel safe and included in the workplace and that they are valued, as well as looking at how to address certain challenges, where staff members, including management and support staff, can obtain support, to tackle certain situations.

We enjoyed an inspiring panel discussion, focused on the importance of those working in the public transport sector, both front of house and behind the scenes. The inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community, members of their team, and how the community, in general, especially those working different departments can coexist managing change and challenges, in an ever-changing workplace.

What a fantastic night at the 2023 Women in Sport photo action awards (WISPAA), hosted by ISPT at Foy’s Arcade. Thanks to all those who attended and organised such a wonderful evening!

We enjoyed an exhibition style event where a plethora of striking photos were displayed around the room, with a strong focus on the amazing skill and prowess of women from diverse sporting backgrounds and the artistry and technical skill of the photographers.

The awards were announced, prizes were given and each winners spoke about the story behind the winning photo and how they captured the moment. We were then treated to a sport photography masterclass with which engaged both amateur and professional photographers and enthusiasts alike.

Throughout the night the discussion centred around the advocacy for equity for women and girls in sport. It was great to be a part of such a great cause, and Foy’s Arcade proved to be the perfect venue for this visual format of event, see you all next year!

It was an absolute pleasure to support ISPT and CBRE to bring this year’s Innovation seminar and trade show to life across the last two days in Foy’s Arcade, ISPT’s customer experience centre.

With so many talented partners sharing their experience and presenting the future of technology, sustainability and communities in property and adjacent industries.

We also had the privilege of seeing these companies showcasing their products and services during an interactive trade show, where attendees were able to speak directly with each vendor, demonstrate their products and knowledge, followed by networking with yummy food and drinks.

We are excited to see what the future holds, with so many partnerships and innovative projects already underway, see you all next year!

ISPT, Skutopia and CourriersPlease have partnered together to bring a retail innovation event at Foy’s Arcade, ISPT’s customer experience centre.

With the rise in online shopping and services, we discussed disruptions to the retail sector, particularly Software, Robots, Shopping Centres and Last Mile Delivery. It was a fantastic night of presentations and networking hosted by ISPT.

What a week!
The Melbourne Midtown Association launched their Student Careers Initiative, here at Foy’s Arcade, aimed at empowering career success and providing professional development opportunities for both local and international students.

Students benefited by learning from and connecting with industry professionals and graduates, representing Pitcher Partners, Accenture, Hall & Wilcox and Macpherson Kelley.

Each firm also showcased their student internship and graduate programs, highlighting their available career opportunities and company culture.

It was such a great turnout with almost 100 attendees enjoying the lively atmosphere at Foy’s in Midtown Melbourne – a bespoke experience centre by ISPT.

We’re keen to be a part of the next Student Career Event again soon!

It was such a pleasure hosting the Property Council of Australia at Foy’s Arcade for their AI property Industry Event.

The Foy’s Arcade team were very proud to host the ISPT Insights event.

The turnout was outstanding, our guest speaker Michael McQueen, award winning author and futurist gave us a fascinating glimpse into future trends in social media, artificial intelligence and an understanding of the next generation entering the workforce.

With vibrant discussions on how we might rethink traditional hierarchies and power structures in the workplace, as new generations of people come through with different mindsets. We talked about new opportunities emerging for human creativity and innovation, and more importantly, what remains unchanged in the workplace and what the consequences will be.

Another talking point was on the Metaverse and how the emergence of AI and ChatGPT will affect a variety of industries. We then focussed on learning and growing within our organisations, and avoiding the “autopilot trap”.

Well done to the team at ISPT and CBRE for delivering such a professional and insightful experience, we’re happy to be able to support such a thought provoking event.

It was an absolute pleasure welcoming the team from the Victorian Department of Tansport and Planning to celebrate cultural diversity week with a packed hybrid event at Foy’s Arcade.

The event focused on the efforts and initiatives within transport from a diverse group of speakers. We talked about what can be improved within the industry, such as leadership in behavioural attitudes, amplifying public intent, underlying attitudes towards different ethnicities, as well as developing positive action plans, to respect and value our cultural diversity.

We heard personal stories from speakers from different backgrounds, opening our eyes to different perspectives and personality traits. Once again, Foy’s Arcade proved to be the perfect venue for such an amazing event, it was a pleasure to support another DTP hybrid event, see you all at the next one!

The Foy’s Arcade team are delighted in celebrating International Women’s Day 2023!

, is the theme for this year’s celebration, creating a fair workplace for everyone, giving full access to support and opportunities, overcoming barriers and achieving the full potential of women of all ages.
This year, Foy’s Arcade has facilitated a wide range of workshops and events organised, led and attended by women. We are privileged to be able to support so many initiatives coming through Foy’s that focus on leadership development programmes for women and breaking down gender barriers across many industries.
We’re so excited to support further events for women, by women!

Foy’s Arcade were proud to welcome the department of transport, human design workshop recently, facilitated by the Equality Project once again.

It was a pleasure to open 2023, with such a wonderful and important event, with a wide range of representations from the Victorian transport sector, in attendance.

The workshop’s main focus was on how people working in the transport sector, from different departments, within the organisation, can coexist and manage, change and challenges, facing an ever changing workplace.

The Human Design aspect of the workshop looking at certain elements, such as where the seed of problems stem from, how to combat those problems, and where staff members, including management and support staff, can obtain tools they need, to tackle challenges, and situations, and in turn, better understand inclusion, of LGBTQ members of their team, more so, the community as a whole.

Looking forward to seeing the impact throughout our transport systems across Victoria.

It was such a pleasure to host the amazing team from Zeller, for their end of year event at Foy’s Arcade. ISPT is always happy to assist with supporting customer events, especially for our neighbours in Midtown.

The team were treated to an afternoon of fun, food and special treats, that was befitting the wonderful work and efforts, from such a diverse and enthusiastic team, who do amazing work.

The highlight of the event would definitely be the Zeller Awards. This part of the proceedings had a tinge and feel of an awards ceremony, and was a great way for the entire Zeller team to enjoy the fact that so many staff members were able to come together at such an amazing venue, such as Foy’s, and enjoy the end of year festivities.

Thanks to all those who attended and celebrated International Day for People with a Disability run by the Victorian Public Transport Operators for Yarra Trams, Metro Trains and V/Line which was a hybrid event at Foy’s Arcade, ISPT’s immersive experience centre.

We enjoyed speeches and panel discussions, Q&A sessions and many personal stories and hard hitting issues, painting a picture of the transport system that has made progress but requires continued effort and collaboration to become a consistently inclusive network of transport systems for all victorians.

Learning about challenges people with disabilities face on a day-to-day basis taking public transport was truly eye-opening. There is still so much more for us to learn and the team at Foy’s are thrilled to work with Yarra Trams, Metro Trains and V/Line to deliver another successful hybrid event!
