SMITH MACHINE SQUAT TUTORIAL
Stand so the angle of the machine is going away from you at your toes (facing the mirrors at DFS)
Unrack the bar and move your feet forward, this will depend on your height and mobility, mess around with your stance to see what is best
Slightly break at the hips to start the movement but don’t push back as far as you would in a normal free weight barbell squat
Let your knees travel forward and sit your numb straight down to your heels, sit as low as your comfortably can
Don’t push your bumb back to start the upwards movement , chest high and back straight, imagine you are a puppet and you are being pulled up by your shoulders

Peri Peri Chicken Burger and Chips πŸ—πŸŸ
Feeling like a sneaky burger and chips without all the extra calories???
Give this one a crack πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»
What you need…
chicken breast 150g - peri peri seasoning - olive oil 5ml - spud light potato 200g - Turkish roll (100g serve)- lettuce - tomato - light Greek yoghurt 20g - light mayo 20g - lemon juice - garlic
What you do…
Flatten chicken so it is roughly the same size as bread roll - rub chicken with per peri seasoning and little bit of oil - chop potato into chips and season with peri peri - air fry or oven until cooked - pan fry chicken - cut Turkish roll in half and toast in pan - make sauce by mixing yoghurt, mayo, lemon juice, garlic and peri peri seasoning - build burger - serve with chips - enjoy
Cals 589 - protein 60g - carbs 68g - fat 10g
