We are currently building a 9-home residential project in St Arnaud and are looking for carpenters or skilled labourers to join our team. It’s a well-run site with a focus on quality builds that last.

We are after someone who is:
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Takes pride in doing things properly
• Easy to work with and part of a team

Tasks will include
• Framing and general carpentry
• Cladding and external detailing
• Internal fix
• Assisting across different stages of the build

Because we are effectively building for ourselves, we think deeply about the function of each space, how we can use every square inch, and what the experience of each space will be. That extends from details such as where to position power points. For example, The bathrooms have power switches on the side of the vanity and under the bench. The same user-led philosophy applies to the positioning of lights and light switches.
