Well this is an interesting read! I have focused or the part of the article that state Logan CC has is charging infrastructure on both secondary dwellings and auxiliary dwellings at the full rate, with Gold Coast and Brisbane Concils to follow suit!

We were excited to recently gain Development Approval for a Material Change of Use for nine Dwellings (Apartments) at Wellington Point, Redland Bay. It was great to work with Redland City Council planners again who helped facilitate a smooth approval process. Timing was important with changes coming to the Redland City Plan which would have reduced the development by a storey and subsequently the applicant would have lost two Dwellings. We are looking forward to seeing this one begin construction later this year.

We were delighted to assist our client in achieving development approval for the future Gold Coast Ice Sports Centre.

Located within the recently completed Eastlake Street Industrial area this development will cater to the needs of all ice sports enthusiasts. This centre comprises a total floor area of 4,652m2 and 54 car parks. The Ice Sports Centre includes a coffee shop which is also anticipated to cater for future workers that will fill out the Eastlake Street Industrial area.
