Capability isn't built in a classroom. It's built in the context of real work.
And yet so much workplace learning is still designed the other way around - starting with content, then trying to make it fit the role.
We've seen what happens when you flip that. When learning is built around the actual workplace - the role, the expectations, the real gaps that matter - people apply it straight away. It doesn't need translating from theory into practice. It already is practice.
