BNI Catalyst – Weekly Meeting Recap
On Friday, our chapter took on a fun and creative challenge for our weekly presentations. Each member was invited to bring along a professional tool and incorporate it into their 45-second presentation—and it was a fantastic success!
Everyone embraced the challenge, showcasing tools that represent their work in unique and engaging ways. While some tools were exactly what you’d expect, others were clever substitutes when the “real thing” was a little too large to bring along.
Here’s a snapshot of the diverse range of businesses represented:
Hue Kedge – Branding Profiles demonstrated a pop-out reflector, highlighting how she manipulates natural lighting to perfectly capture her subjects.
Wendy Jimenez – Wendy Super Accounting shared her Latin American Awards Australia Business Award, representing her years of expertise and industry knowledge.
Alex Sparrow – Alex Sparrow Properties brought a handful of keys, symbolising the trust clients place in him when selling their homes.
Damien French – French Technology showcased a handset used to test older landlines—an essential tool in his field.
Renee Joel – Nu-Look Carpet Cleaning displayed a corner protector, used to safeguard walls and furniture during carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Josh Pavic – Pest Proofing Solutions presented a Termatrac device, used to detect termite activity during building inspections.
Jack Weaver – Glass Mates brought along a glass cutter, demonstrating the precision tools he uses to repair broken windows.
Caroline Rowe – Infinity Bookkeeping & Accounting Services and Ryan Risk – Ready Asset Finance both featured their laptops—Caroline uses hers to manage accounts and generate reports, while Ryan leverages his to secure the best finance solutions for his clients.
It was a brilliant session that not only highlighted the tools of our trades but also deepened our understanding of each other’s professions. A great reminder of the expertise and value within our BNI Catalyst network!
