Good afternoon Trainers!
It’s been a long time coming but tomorrow is the big day! The first wave of Pokemon 30th Celebration products will be available from tomorrow. This includes the ETB, Binder Collection, Ex Box, Poster Box, Tech Sticker Collection and Knock Out Collection. 😁
Please read the below key points regarding our release of these products, as it is very important:

- We will be opening as usual, at 6am.
- Pricing to be announced tomorrow, before the store opens, but we will ensure we are competitive and will strive to be the cheapest local option, aside from perhaps the larger retail corporations.
- For tomorrow only, products will only be available for local customers (ie. Blue Mountains residents), or our regular customers who sometimes make a journey from abroad to visit us. We know who you are, so if that’s not you, please don’t try and pretend. 😂 From Thursday, any and all can purchase the products but we want our local and dedicated customers to have the first opportunity to secure these products! We may request ID or confirmation of residential address if we are not familiar with your face. So be prepared and have this ready!
- There will be a strict limit of 1 of each product type per person, up to a total maximum of 3 products overall. It will be the same staff on all day, as such, any attempts to purchase additional products will likely be discovered, and may result in suspension or permanent banning from the store.
- No aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated. If you show signs of this, you will be asked to leave and if it escalates, the authorities may be called. This is supposed to be a fun day for all, so let’s make sure it is!
- No reservations or holds, stock will be provided on a first come first serve basis, please do not call or contact the store requesting items to be put aside or held.

Some of you guessed it surprisingly.
Yep, a few months ago we ordered our very own Pokemon pinball machine. 😁😁😁
It arrived a few weeks ago, and whilst renovations are continuing to facilitate its permanent home, we thought it was a bit silly to keep it locked up until then. I know I said it would just be out for today, but we might keep it out for the weekend.
This will form part of the new direction of our business, and bring a new form of entertainment for our customers, currently missing from our lovely village.
Head in to have a turn, take a trip down memory lane, or discover a new hobby.

Are you as curious as these cuties? 🤔
Apologies for the delay, been busy on my own in the store this afternoon so trying to juggle it all.
You may have all noticed (I’d be shocked if you haven’t 😂), that we have been busy remodelling the store. Believe me, I am as annoyed as you that it has taken as long as it has, and still isn’t done. 😭 I am thankful however that only 20-30% of you express that to us verbally. I thank the rest of you, who have the decency to keep it in your heads! 😂
As works have progressed we have thought of new ways to make certain areas better suit the products in question, as such, plans change, and delays occur. When it’s all finished, I trust you will see the vision that we have always had, come to life. Thank you for bearing with us, and all I ask is for a little more time and patience! ☺️
Trust me, the chaos and work you see is only 20% of what’s going on. The other 80% is happening behind-the-scenes, day and night.

Now… onto the more pressing matter of tomorrow, Friday 17th July 2026.
There is going to be ample reason to come in tomorrow.
1. New release products from both Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering, with restocks of some older products as well. We will be open from 6am, so why waste your time driving far and wide to queue at the big dog retailers, and come into Springwood to pick up the products first, before anyone else. 😁
2. There will be a big announcement about a new service that will be offering starting from next week.
3. Lastly however, as part of the overall makeover of the store, and diversification of our business we have been hard at work thinking of new ways to mix it up, and to bring things to the community that are not already on offer. The last thing we want to do would be to step on any other business’ toes. In a community as small as this, it’s not right to attempt to compete with other established businesses. So it’s taken some outside of the box thinking to get to where we are.
I won’t reveal it all now, but will drop further clues throughout the evening. Those of you that visit us in the morning will see it first and be the first to experience it, but all will be revealed in the morning! Stay tuned!
