Leadership isn't a thing.
It isn’t one way or one process, like being a ‘servant leader’ a ‘democratic leader’, or even a ‘visionary leader’.
Every single leader has their own way of leading (some better than others). It’s an extension of that individual’s way of being, their personality.
Being a leader is an extension of who you are as a person. Some have that naturally, some have to develop some skills around that. That requires a lot of self-awareness and awareness of others.
It’s about understanding what you need to do to tap into your best (based on your role) and bring out the best in others.
What I believe about leadership.
1. Leadership isn’t about being the loudest person in the room. It’s about creating space for others to thrive.
2. Fairness isn’t treating everyone the same. It’s giving people what they need to succeed.
3. The best leaders make themselves redundant by building teams that perform exceptionally, with or without them in the room.
4. Busyness is not a badge of honour. Effective leaders work smarter, not harder.
5. Trust is built through consistency, clarity, and real conversations.

That's why I developed the Level Up Leadership Community for women, because leadership isn't about having everything figured out. It's about showing up with like-minded women, staying open to new ideas, and doing the work together, discussing the challenges, applying new learnings, and really levelling up your leadership.
The doors to the Community are OPENING on Friday 10th April for four days.
