They have exclusive rights to several venues and have just signed the lease on a successful venue which will be given a needed makeover.
You will initially focus on writing menus for both the new venue and for the catering market to budgeted food costs and setting up the venue.

Jam hospitality consultants are recruiting two positions for a leading melbourne sporting environment.
Head barista. Currently serving approximately 45kg per week through our main cafe and kiosk outlets. Your role will be mainly Monday to Friday with only a few weekends per month. Day time only. Train the team and develop a great culture.
Evening and weekend supervisor. Mid afternoon starts and be done by 9pm Wednesday to Friday and day time only on the weekends. Lead a team of 20 and grow our cafe/kiosk and functions.
Both roles are full time (38 hours per week) and include gym membership, parking, PT at our door and a growing environment.
