360° lift interior reviews are coming 👀 We’ve been testing out a new way to showcase our lift interior inspections, giving you a complete 360° view inside the lift car.

This test run features an older cab, but stay tuned... We’ll be sharing a closer look at some of our newly completed lift interiors very soon!

Who can explain this? 🤯 Our team recently wrapped up a lift audit that uncovered a few surprises.

Both lifts have identical load capacities, speeds and rope sizes… yet Lift 1 uses six ropes while Lift 2 only has four. 🤔

And then there's the dreaded red rouge coating that is so bad you would think the lifts were actually coloured red.

> Step inside the new lift car interiors at 25 National Circuit, Canberra ✨ As part of the complete four-lift replacement project, these new lift cars combine contemporary design with durable, high-quality finishes, creating a modern passenger experience while meeting the demands of a busy commercial building.

The building lift capacity here was increased by 57.5% in each lift when the old geared lift arrangement was replaced with new Gen3 machine-room-less lift systems.

With the main tower lift upgrades nearing completion, our focus has now shifted to the complete replacement of the car park shuttle lift, marking the final stage of this significant building upgrade.

> We're proud to have managed the replacement of all four lifts at 25 National Circuit, Canberra.

This major project has significantly improved the building's reliability, performance and long-term operational efficiency, helping to future-proof this important asset for years to come.

The existing geared hoist machine arrangement was replaced with new Otis Elevator Co Gen3's providing a significant increase in lift capacity from 1156Kg to 2000Kg per lift car.
