Q: What’s the best piece of advice you can give to young female aspiring engineers.
A: If you’re interested in civil engineering, go for it. Don’t let the fact that it’s a male dominated industry stop you from pursuing your passion. Know your worth and stick to your guns.
…and as part of FJA’s culture we are working on eliminating gender inequality in the industry by providing support to every team member.

We encourage young female engineers to keep going with their interest and if your looking for your first engineering role, send your CV today to [email protected] to be considered as part of our fast-growing team.
