We are Hiring

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsperson / Designer to join our team.

About the Role:

Working closely with our sales and operations teams, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and assisting with the design of projects including:

• Feedlot shade structures
• Crop protection structures
• Commercial canopy systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed CAD drawings and construction
documentation
• Assist with structural layouts and project design development.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and revisions.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and site personnel.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant Australian Standards
and project requirements.
• Support estimating and project planning where required.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in drafting/design within construction, steel,
agricultural or structural industries preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years drafting/design experience is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
• Intermediate AutoCAD skills are required.
• Experience with 3D modelling software advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
environment.
• Practical understanding of construction methodologies highly
regarded.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
