Gold just closed another strong session — spot at US$4,342/oz (~A$6,600+), within striking distance of the 52-week high. ASX gold names ran hard: Genesis +6.1%, Evolution +3.1%, Northern Star +2.3%. Newmont and the VanEck Gold Miners ETF both up over 7% offshore.

This is the macro backdrop Karara Gold Limited is being spun out of StanAurum into — a Queensland gold play targeting an ASX listing.

▪ Four granted EPMs across the historic Stanthorpe goldfields (producing since 1863)
▪ 117.5 g/t Au at Pikedale Reef — ultra-high-grade
▪ >100 oz/t Au historic assay at Glenelg Reef
▪ 20,000+ oz historic alluvial production at Canal Creek
▪ JORC-compliant IGR by Martin Bennett, MAIG
▪ Executive Chairman & CEO: Tony Fawdon

Multiple mineralisation styles — orogenic, intrusion-related and alluvial — across one of Queensland's oldest goldfields, being brought to market into arguably the strongest gold tape of the cycle.

Two of the loudest trades in global commodities right now: tin and tungsten.

▪ Tin at ~US$56,100/tonne — sitting just off June's all-time high of ~US$59,000. AI data-centre solder demand meets supply shocks from Myanmar and Indonesia.

▪ Tungsten APT at US$2,900–3,200/mtu — +230% YTD, ~900% over 12 months. China controls supply; every Western government has it on the critical minerals list.

The equities are moving: Almonty (NASDAQ:ALM) up 257% off its 52-week low. Metals X (ASX:MLX) up 236%. TSX-Venture-listed Alphamin (AFM.V) near 52-week highs.

StanAurum Limited — Australian tin and tungsten, targeting a TSX listing. Alphamin already trades that board every day. The Canadian market knows this story.

Right metals. Right jurisdiction. Right exchange.

🔶 StanAurum Limited — Building a Tin & Tungsten Platform in Queensland’s Historic Granite Belt
StanAurum is advancing a district-scale portfolio of tin, tungsten, bismuth and molybdenum projects across 80,000 hectares in Queensland and NSW’s Granite Belt — one of Australia’s most historically productive tin regions.[Attachment]
🪨 What’s in the portfolio:
✅ Sugarloaf/Trollopes Hill — flagship hard-rock exploration target (80–140 million tonnes at a combined 0.22% grade of tin, tungsten, bismuth & molybdenum)[Attachment]
✅ Lode Creek — second hard-rock target with historic dumps showing recovered cassiterite and wolframite[Attachment]
✅ Fat Cat — granted mining lease with existing processing plant on site, offering a potential earlier operational pathway (subject to validation)[Attachment]
✅ Lord Nolan, Brackers Creek & Wards Gully — promising early-stage soil sampling and panning results across multiple targets[Attachment]
⚡ Why it matters now: Tin and tungsten are strategic metals central to electronics, defence, aerospace and energy-transition manufacturing — and both have seen major price strength recently amid tightening global supply chains.[Attachment]
👥 Led by Executive Chairman & CEO Tony Fawdon, supported by a board spanning geology, capital markets and project development experience.[Attachment]
📈 StanAurum is progressing toward an ASX listing, using funding to convert exploration potential into technical proof points across its multi-asset district.
Note: Referenced tonnages are exploration targets only — further drilling is required before a Mineral Resource can be estimated, and these figures should not be interpreted as a resource or reserve statement.[Attachment]

StanAurum, Queensland Australia - Tin, Gold & Critical Metals

27/07/2026

🚨 Tungsten just got a massive vote of confidence.
Mining billionaire Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest has taken a $190 million, 16.8% stake in ASX-listed EQ Resources — Australia’s own Mt Carbine tungsten producer — as global supply tightens and prices surge over 600% in the past year.[fool +1]
Forrest’s message is clear: tungsten is now critical to everything from defence and aerospace to semiconductors and the machines that build our modern world — and China’s stranglehold on ~80-85% of global supply is a strategic vulnerability the West can no longer ignore.[australianmining +1]
At StanAurum, this is exactly the thesis we’ve been building on. As one of the emerging Australian tungsten and tin explorers positioned to help de-risk Western critical minerals supply, we’re watching serious capital move into this sector — and we believe it’s just the beginning. 💪⛏️
When titans like Twiggy back tungsten, it validates what we’ve known all along: Australia has a generational opportunity to become a trusted, reliable source of the critical minerals the world urgently needs.
Stay tuned as we continue advancing our own projects in this space. 🇦🇺

Critical minerals are not sources of energy, but strategic enablers of modern technology and clean energy systems. Minerals such as lithium, cobalt, graphite, and rare earth elements form the backbone of electric mobility, renewable energy infrastructure, electronics manufacturing, defence capabilities, and digital technologies that define today’s and tomorrow’s economy.

Unlike conventional fuels, the importance of critical minerals lies in secure availability, resilient supply chains, domestic processing, and technological dependence. Their role extends far beyond extraction—covering exploration, beneficiation, value addition, recycling, and international cooperation to ensure long-term resource security.
