Take a minute to read Skip's quick checklist and potentially save yourself some pain later.

- Don't get hung up on the year - a well-maintained older hull with a
newer motor is often the smart purchase.
- Start with the engine - hours, service history, how it runs cold - then the hull and the trailer.
- And ideally, get an independent inspection before you hand over any
money - it's the cheapest insurance there is.
