Sourdough Fruit and Choc Chip Hot cross buns available today only! The choc chip are a little brown on top but my household have already demolished 1/2 a tray so I guarantee they still taste amazing!

Rustic whites -$6
Cinnamon raisin -$8
Fig and apricot -$8
72 hour ferment pizza bases -$6each

Homemade jam also available! Apricot and orange and Passionfruit are from our spray free homegrown fruit. The strawberry is made from green Valley strawberries.
Dehydrated orange slices perfect for that refreshing Saturday afternoon gin and tonic.

Bread will be available tomorrow, Saturday the 17th!

After several weeks of illness and children breaking bones, I’ve finally managed to get my starter active and several batches of bread mixed.

Will have sourdough rustic whites, cinnamon raisin, apricot and fig and 72 hour ferment pizza bases.

Aiming to have everything out by 10.30am at the latest.

I’ve had a few messages about when bread might be available. At this point there won’t be any bread till the new years.
This has been what my house has looked like for the last few weeks!! Baking everyday just to keep up with the gingerbread house orders.

Keep an eye on the page and I’ll let you know when bread will be back out for purchase!
