Our Collie commercial facilities are coming to life.

CEO Andrew Worland shares the latest construction progress from our Collie site, as we advance our commercial graphite processing operations and secure feedstock supply through our binding agreement with Wogen Pacific.

has signed a binding graphite concentrate supply agreement with Wogen Pacific, securing feedstock for our Collie Micronising Facility in WA.

The agreement enables us to commence operations and scale up processing without the capital expenditure and operational risks of mining, while building our processing operations and markets and developing the Springdale graphite mineral resource.

FY2026 was a year of significant progress for International Graphite.

Our 2026 Annual Report highlights a year of moving closer to production, with:

• $4.4M raised through a placement and strategic investment
• Collie construction underway
• Alkeemia JV established to develop our European graphite processing hub at Porto Marghera
• Heads of Terms signed with Wogen Pacific for Collie product sales and feedstock supply
• High-purity testwork exceeding 99.9% TGC, including Springdale material
• Board strengthened with Aidan Nania appointed Executive Director and Liam Farley appointed Non-Executive Director

With processing facilities advancing in Australia and Europe, IG6 is building the capacity to supply high-value graphite products to global markets.

IG6 has secured approximately $1.5 million in non-dilutive finance to support construction of the production building at the Collie Micronising Facility.

Europe needs more than graphite. It needs graphite processing.

A new ECGA (European Advanced Carbon and Graphite Materials Association) white paper highlights the vulnerability created by Europe’s reliance on overseas midstream processing.

’s downstream strategy is aligned with this need, including:

• Developing a European processing hub with ALKEEMIA S.p.A. at Porto Marghera
• ~10,000tpa initial production capacity
• First production targeted for H2 2027

Collie is moving closer to commercial production.

Our commercial micronising facility is expected to be up and running and generating cash flow in the second half of 2027.
