Over the weekend, Elaine from the Ledge team attended Rio Tinto 's Family Day at Hope Downs, and got a chance to experience the operation firsthand.

From touring the processing plant to witnessing a blast, it was a great opportunity to learn more about the people, equipment, and processes that keep the site running safely and efficiently.

A big thank you to the Rio team for their hospitality and for showcasing the hard work being done every day!

Last week, the Ledge and Home Loans team's took a well-earned break to celebrate the end of another busy financial year with a fun evening at Holey Moley Golf Club.

It was a great opportunity to pause, catch up outside the office, and celebrate the hard work and achievements of the past year—along with a healthy dose of friendly competition on the mini-golf course!

Congratulations to Jenny, who claimed the title of overall champion on the day. 🏆

Featuring Executive General Manager of AFLW, Health and Football, Laura Kane, Sera Naiqama, former Wallaroo and Western Force representative, Leticia McKenna from the Matildas, para-triathlete Sally Pilbeam and Fremantle captain Ange Stannett, it was a memorable reminder about importance of surrounding yourself with good people, seeking advice from those around you, staying authentic, and always leading with kindness. 💜🏉
