As 2015 draws closer to year end, I am able to say what a big year it has been in this industry.
The introduction of PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) has put all practitioners on their toes.
PEXA has been designed nationally, to protect your property from potential fraud.
Most of the general public are unaware of the threat by criminals that prey on property owners. There are stories from the National Crimes Squad that you have probably never heard of.
As not all practitioners have set up to use this facility (PEXA) yet, our office has and is attempting to use this facility as much as is possible at the moment, combined with the use of Title Insurance.
