It’s essential. It’s a must. We check cleaning standards, make sure appliances are working for incoming guests, spot the random spider in the corner and yep, even those annoying leaves in the pool 😭…because the experience and that first impression are everything.

The big reveal of our latest project ✨😍

This unit was once left to its own destiny… and it showed. What you see now is the result of a full reset, inside and out.

We rolled up our sleeves, deep cleaned every corner, and with the help of our incredible tradies (and the legendary handyman Andy 👏), we brought this space back to life in under 15 days.

This is just the beginning. We’ll keep refining and elevating the space, but already we know this home is on its way to becoming something really special for our lovely owners, both for family holidays and a well deserved return.

And of course, the new pictures we beautifully captured by the amazing 📸

Yep, this is what some holiday guests were being asked to pay for. 😳
Tired and dirty furniture. Poor presentation. Dated everything. Health and safety concerns…And a booking calendar that barely moved.

This is a real Noosa property that came to us at Noosa Holiday Gems…and we saw exactly what it could become (but trust me when I tell you I was genuinely shocked to see the conditions as I first saw it)

A different post this time, to appreciate the husbands and brothers behind our incredible team of hardworking women this holiday season.

From changing light bulbs to taping “cameras”, from picking up plants to patching last-minute holes, from emergency cleans to folding fitted sheets (yes, really 😆)
These men have been the true definition of teamwork and dedication.
