✨ 2025 Sunshine Coast Business Awards Update ✨

Well… we didn’t quite make it to the finalists round this year. With a record number of applications, especially in the Trades & Services category (4 out of 11 finalists are electricians – maybe we’re in the wrong trade! ⚡️), the competition was tough.

What this process really highlighted for us is our why.
👉 Why do we do what we do?
Because of our community.
Because of our clients.
And because of the incredible team who make it all possible.

We’re proud to employ over 40 people throughout the year, especially during challenging cost-of-living times. Their hard work, professionalism, and shared values allow us to maintain strong client relationships and contribute positively to community safety and wellbeing.

We are seeking Casual Security Officers to join our team. This role offers variety across venues, events, and static guarding sites.

Key Duties:

- Crowd control at venues and events

- Overnight static guarding at hotels, caravan parks, and other locations

- Asset protection, including focused and visible foot patrols

- Providing a safe, secure, and professional presence for clients and the public

About You:

- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts and locations

- Strong team player with respect for clients and customers

- Willingness to learn, take on feedback, and develop professionally

- Clear communication and report writing skills

- Comfortable using technology for shift clock-on/off and reporting
