North Of Eli wins in style first up this preparation

After a preparation where everything went wrong we gave North Of Eli an extended break and it has done him the world of good. First up at the Gold Coast over 1000m he settled at the rear of the field from a wide gate and let down enormously to score an easy win and break the class record on a soft 6 track. Put him in your black book for this preparation, he has more wins ahead of him based on this run.

Flashback to 2016 when our homebred mare won the Subzero Handicap also known as “The Grey’s Race”. Subby was everyone’s hero so it meant a lot. Great ride too from Willo.
