With a combined industry tenure of some 44 years, Project Urban provide consulting services for some of Queensland's most successful and valuable developments in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast, Bowen Basin, Rockhampton, Townsville and many other regional areas.

Proud to support local sport on the Sunshine Coast ☀️

This year, Project Urban has been pleased to support Kawana Waters Swimming Club, sponsoring their Long Course Preparation Race Meet, and Currimundi United Football Club, helping with the purchase of a new shade gazebo.

Supporting local sporting clubs means supporting the volunteers, families and young people who help make our community what it is.

Congratulations to all the swimmers who took part in the race meet and to the young footballers at Currimundi United on completing their 2026 season! 👏

A new mixed-use development proposed for the Hervey Bay Esplanade. 🌴
 
Project Urban has recently lodged a development application for 426 Esplanade, Hervey Bay, bringing together residential and short-term accommodation with retail, hospitality and communal recreation spaces.
Our team provided Town Planning, Surveying and Visual Impact Assessment services for the project.
An exciting proposal for one of Hervey Bay’s established coastal destinations, and one we’re looking forward to following through the next stages.
