Change: The requirement to put a monetary value on the commission or benefit. Such disclosure needs to be advised prior and in the motion at a general meeting to a Body Corporate entering into a contract.

IMPACT CHANGING - General Meeting (AGM / EGM) Motion with Alternatives - becomes "Group of Same Issue Motion".

Change: The style of the motion becomes one of a “parent motion” – the main part seeking a decision – and then “children motions”. The change has come about where the same subject seeking approval may have need previously different resolutions (some needed only ordinary resolutions, some needed special resolutions) but there were of the same subject, i.e. common repair or maintenance.
