An ocean of motivation has flooded me after a week of being sick.

I took the time to be still, rest and reflect on the things that needed to change in my life.

Moving forward with actioning all that needs to change, removing distractions and becoming the best version of myself one day at a time.

I am so bloody pumped 👊🏻it’s time to make s**t happen!

A Magical gift from a Magical friend ❤️

A night stay at this beautiful retreat to STOP be still and unwind.

Started with a beautiful Zenthai Shiatsu massage by the amazing Ines which was truely heavenly.

To be truely present in the moment with no distractions, this can be surprising hard to do but oh so necessary.

When overwhelm kicks in stop & reset. A beautiful gift received with great gratitude.

Pathway to your dreams.

Getting where we want to be isn't always easy, but enjoy the beauty of the journey.

The first thing I thought of while taking this magical walk was omg its so bloody slippery, I almost stacked it several times. But that didn't stop me to continue on because I knew the destination was worth it and the journey was sooo magical even with the fear of falling on my ass.

Don't give up on your dream destination, you might have moments that you fall but get up and keep going.

I just discovered the delicious Kenilworth Donuts are only 10minutes away from me. Iv previously driven over an hr to get to them to discover they are actually just down the rd 😂

Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Let’s just say I avoided walking past there as this is the one thing I have no self control over haha

✅Stop for a swim at the beach on the way back.

✅Take in some sun on the grass with a delish smoothie.
