Meet Teneal 👋

Teneal holds a very special place in the HR Dynamics story.

She has been part of HRD for over 11 years, making her our longest-standing team member and someone who has been here through so much of our growth, change and evolution.

Over that time, Teneal has become much more than an experienced HR professional. She is part of the fabric of HR Dynamics. She knows our clients, she understands how we work, and she brings a steady, practical and genuinely caring approach to everything she does.

In a business like ours, where trust, relationships and people matter so much, having someone with Teneal’s loyalty, knowledge and calm presence is incredibly valuable.

We are so grateful for the role she has played in our journey and for the support she continues to provide to our clients and our team every day.

Meet Megan 👋

Megan is one of the calm, steady and caring people behind HR Dynamics.

She has a natural way of making people feel supported, especially when they are working through tricky HR matters or simply need someone practical to talk things through with.

At HR Dynamics, we know that HR is never just about policies, contracts or compliance. It is about people, relationships and helping businesses make good decisions with confidence.

Megan brings that approach to her work every day. She is practical, professional and genuinely focused on supporting the businesses and people she works with.

Meet Ellie 👋

Ellie is one of our Human Resource Consultants on the Sunshine Coast, bringing a people-focused, practical and refreshingly human approach to HR.

With experience across People & Culture, operations and HR systems, Ellie loves helping businesses make their people processes clearer, simpler and easier to manage.

Outside of work, Ellie loves musicals, karaoke and travel. She recently completed a three-day hike in New Zealand, which says a lot about her sense of adventure and willingness to take on a challenge.

Kristina is one of our Senior Human Resource Consultants on the Sunshine Coast, bringing extensive HR experience across hospitality, people leadership and complex workplace environments.

With a background that includes senior HR roles with Accor Hotels, Kristina brings a practical, calm and commercially minded approach to supporting clients.

Before joining HR Dynamics, Kristina spent an incredible year sailing around the Caribbean and Pacific, an experience that reflects her adaptability, resilience and steady approach to navigating change.

She understands the realities of managing people in busy workplaces and is passionate about helping businesses create clear, compliant and effective HR practices.

Deanne is our clever and quick-thinking General Manager, bringing a calm, practical and highly experienced approach to workplace advisory. With strong expertise in workplace investigations, employee relations and complex people matters, Deanne is known for getting to the heart of an issue quickly and providing clear, considered guidance.

She leads our team with confidence, care and sharp insight, supporting businesses to navigate challenges, reduce risk and make sound workplace decisions. Deanne’s ability to balance commercial reality with people-focused solutions makes her an invaluable part of the HR Dynamics team.

From difficult conversations to conflict, communication and getting the right foundations in place, she brings a calm, practical and supportive approach.

Leanne is passionate about helping businesses create better outcomes for their people, their leaders and their teams.

Meet Amy, the newest member of the HR Dynamics team.

Originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, Amy has been calling Cairns home for the past year, and we’re so pleased to have her with us.

Amy brings a wonderful range of experience to the team, including time with Auckland Museum and Accor Hotels in Australia. She has a calm, considered manner and is particularly skilled in supporting performance discussions, approaching sensitive workplace situations with empathy, care and practical guidance.

We know our clients will love working with her.

As our client base has grown, so has our team, and we thought it was time to share the people behind the emails, phone calls, training sessions, documents and advice.

HR can feel overwhelming when you are running a business, especially when you are managing people, compliance, performance, contracts, policies and everything in between.

After a long wet season, the roads are open, the Jardine Ferry is running, and Cape York is ready to welcome visitors once again. We’re proud to see Cape York tourism featured in this week’s as operators across the region prepare for another incredible season ahead.

As a family owned and operated business, we’re so excited to welcome guests back to our home Cape York Camping & . The first travellers of the season have already arrived and it’s our favourite time of year to share our beautiful paradise with you all.

While rising fuel prices have impacted travel plans for some, we know there are still so many adventurous travellers making the journey north and we can’t wait to share the magic of the Tip with you all ❤️

Here’s to sunsets, beach days, fishing adventures, helicopter flights, wood-fired pizzas, ice cold and unforgettable memories at the very top of Australia.
