As a man, do you find it easy to attract money into your life?

Because at one point in my life, I found it incredibly difficult.

And this might sound counterintuitive…

It was because I was living in a transactional world.

I only did things for money.

And that mindset actually kept me from making money and made my life more difficult.

I was constantly at war with the external world.

Everything shifted when I found my purpose as a man.

I started diving deep into the idea that perception is projection.

Because think about it:

• We can’t project the best of ourselves into the world if we don’t feel at home within ourselves first.

As a businessman, I lived with imposter syndrome for a long time.

My inner world was constantly overworking.

I was always at war with myself.

It wasn’t until I found peace within myself, connected with my life’s purpose, and started tapping into my natural gifts that everything changed.

And that’s what I’m now helping guys do inside the Get Performing program.

When these men begin to align with their life’s purpose, something interesting happens.

They start asking me:

“Why am I finding it so easy to make money?”

Easy! Because they’re no longer at war with themselves.

They’re projecting the best version of themselves.

They’re operating from purpose.

And that allows them to get into flow.

When you’re in flow as a man, you build better relationships.

And when you’re a businessman, founder, or leader responsible for a team, relationships are everything.

• Your relationship with yourself
• Your relationship with money
• Your relationship with your team
• Your relationships with other people

When you’re truly connected to the essence of who you are as a man, everything else can start to shift.

That’s the mindset we need to understand if we want to make the most of our minutes on this planet.

If this resonates with you, DM me “PURPOSE”, and I’ll send you more information on how you can make money come to you more naturally by leading with purpose.

A MAN'S PURPOSE JOURNEY 🚀

A message to all, father's, husband's and businessmen.

The journey in life is not to make others 'NOT feel good enough' so you can feel good enough.

The journey is to lead with purpose, become good enough within yourself, and help others recognise that they are good enough.

This Is a Leadership Superpower

A big part of performing at your best as a man, especially when you’re developing the psychology of leadership, is understanding the power of familiarity.

When something becomes familiar:

*You become more relaxed.
*Your focus sharpens.
*You perform with more confidence.

I’m at a new resort, and I don’t know the gym.

So before training, I’m familiarising myself with the environment.

- I’m walking around the equipment.
- I’m figuring out how the machines work.
- I’m looking at the kettlebells and visualising my workout.
- I’m mentally going through the process before I actually train.

Why?

Because I’m in a new environment, and I want to make the unfamiliar familiar.

And this applies directly to leadership and high-performing teams.

If you’re leading a team through change, don’t wait until it happens and expect everyone to adapt immediately.

Take your team through the change before the change happens.

*Help them understand it.
*Help them visualise it.
*Help them become familiar with the change.

If you want a high-performance team:

*Make high-performing routines familiar.
*Make high-performing habits familiar.
*Make new expectations familiar.

✔️Familiarity reduces uncertainty.
✔️Reduced uncertainty improves focus.
✔️Better focus improves performance.

That’s how your team adapts faster when change arrives.

Over and out for now. I’ll chat to you soon. Take care.

MEN, STOP FIGHTING YOURSELF! 😲

Most businessmen think the answer is to get better at feeling uncomfortable.

But what if you’ve been taught it backwards?

Everything comes down to FOCUS.

Energy flows where attention is chosen.

And if you want to lead yourself, grow your business and lead your team at a higher level, you need to train your subconscious mind to become comfortable at the new level.

Because when the new level becomes comfortable:

* Making more money feels normal.
* Leading a bigger team feels normal.
* Better relationships feel normal.
* Operating at a higher standard feels normal.
* Going back to the old version of you becomes uncomfortable.

For men, 3 internal battles can quietly affect everything:

* Am I good enough?
* Do I deserve this?
* Do I belong here?

If those battles are running underneath the surface, working harder won’t necessarily solve them.

And if you’re a businessman responsible for a team, that internal conflict doesn’t only affect you.

It affects the way you lead.

A massive part of the work I do with businessmen is helping them reconnect with their purpose as men.

The shift I’m looking for?

When a man finally starts to feel at home with himself.

That’s where the real transformation happens.

That’s where leadership starts.

I know because I lived the opposite.

I pushed. I worked hard. I put in the effort.

But underneath it all, I was fighting myself.

When you become aligned with who you are, how you lead changes.

Your relationship with money changes.

Your relationships change.

Your work changes.

And your team gets the leader they deserve.

If you’re a businessman with a team and this feels familiar, private message me and I’ll send you more information.

Taxi or bus?

Here’s one way to tell if a businessman is thinking scarcity or abundance.

Let me ask you a question.

If you’re heading into the city and you have the choice between taking a taxi or taking the bus, what do you say to yourself?

Do you say:

“Taxi might be too expensive.”
“The traffic could be bad.”
“I want to save the money.”
“I’ll just take the bus.”

If that’s your first thought, you may be thinking from a scarcity mindset.

An abundant businessman asks a different question:

“What’s going to get me there the quickest?”

Because an abundant mindset isn’t simply about having more money.

It’s about understanding that time is your greatest commodity.

Think about it.

Every man gets the same 8,760 hours each year.

The difference is how we choose to use them.

And this becomes even more important when you’re a businessman with a team.

If you want to live with purpose, reclaim your time, build a team that can drive the business, and give yourself more space to focus on strategic growth, you need to be intentional about where your time and attention go.

That means developing smarter leadership routines and habits that create more value not simply doing more.

Think smarter first.
Lead smarter second.
Live smarter as a result.

It really can be that simple.

BUSINESSMEN WHO MASTER DECISION MAKING

If you’re not where you want to be today, look at the decisions you made yesterday.

That might sound harsh. But leadership requires us to stop making decisions purely in the moment.

That means learning to see the bigger picture.

I’m here in Singapore at the moment, looking across this incredible city from high above.

And it reminded me of something important about developing the psychology of leadership.

A leader cannot spend all his time looking down at today’s problems.

Leadership isn’t about solving problems.

It’s about continually moving towards something greater than where you are today.

That might be the vision you have for your company.

It might be the inspiring challenge you’ve created for your life as a man.

Or it might be the type of businessman, husband, father and leader you’re committed to becoming.

But you need the bigger picture.

This is a major part of what we work on inside the Get Performing program for businessmen with teams.

Before we focus on strategic communication and building a high-performing team, we focus on the man leading it.

You need clarity around:

Who you are.
Why you're here.
Where you are going.

When you develop that clarity, something interesting happens.

You begin to attract people who want to perform at a higher level, too.

Because high performers are attracted to leadership, certainty and direction.

It’s easy to look around and blame circumstances, team members, the economy or other people for where we are.

But blame doesn’t create progress.

Ownership does.

So take a look at where you are today.

If you’re not where you want to be, examine the decisions and actions you took yesterday.

They will often give you valuable insight into why you’re experiencing your current results.

Then ask yourself a better question:

What decisions do I need to make today to become the man and leader I want to be tomorrow?

Because life is about growth.

And every day, we should look for evidence of progress on that journey.
