Back in February we shared the craning of our new outdoor units onto the roof at this project. We are proud to now show some before and after photos of the fit out. The building has come up a treat, the client (owner) is happy with the outcome and now we wish Raywhite all the best in securing a future tenant. This job was only possible for us to achieve with the help of Peak Power Solutions, Newday Electrical & Makin Refrigeration. Good teams = great outcomes, we appreciate the help from these contractors and look forward to the next opportunity.

We opted to crane our new Daikin Outdoors onto this roof whilst also taking away the old systems. We are slowly bringing this 1977 built building into 2023. New Metering panel, new tenancy boards, new lift, new Air Conditioning throughout and once we get some new ceiling up, all new LED panel lighting site wide. Jobs like this aren’t possible by myself. We rely on our relationships built over many years, Peak Power Solutions helping with full electrical scope and Makin Refrigeration are on board with us to carry out full mech ventilation and AC scope.

Back in early 2021 we helped Herrenknecht fit out two mobile drill rigs for use in the Sydney Metro. In mid 2022 we returned to assist Herrenknecht carry out a redesign on the drill pattern and arms so the machine can now be used by Cross River Rail. Whilst we provide a full suite of AC, Solar and pretty much anything electrical, it’s jobs like this that really spark an interest and it’s awesome to see what is possible when so many trade disciplines come together to build a truly unique machine.

Helped the guys at Noosa Footwear Co light up their new Warehouse Store located at Noosaville. Pretty soon we’ll help cool down this space for them as well. Check them out between the hours of 10am - 4pm weekdays.

Another Warehouse lighting refurb completed overnight. Switching to LED will save this Business close to $3800 per annum & removing the warming up time associated with old high bays will also promote greater productivity for staff each day. An overall 40% increase in lumen output was achieved with a reduction of 70% of power consumption. It is rewarding to provide solutions to our customers that benefit them on so many levels and solutions that truly pay for themselves.

New Fujitsu looks a lot cleaner. Customer took advantage of Fujitsu’s winter promotion. Both excellent brands Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu are doing winter promotions for a few more weeks, if you were considering a new air conditioner or replacing a faulty one, now is an ideal time.

For those playing along at home, here are those drill rigs in action that we were wiring up last year. Awesome to see them in action and improving safety, efficiency and quality on these projects.

Whilst everybody was sleeping we replaced the high bay lighting in this warehouse. The change from Mercury vapour lamps to LED will save this operator plenty of cash, furthermore we installed occupancy sensing lights in the rear area where staff infrequently go. When the area is not in use the fittings shut down saving our client even more on their energy bill.
