My ‘can do’ ethos, enables me to continue enjoying a thoroughly fulfilling life in family and career. I am an Advisor, Author, and Keynote Speaker. My management skills and/or business equities have included participation in automotive engineering, service stations, real estate sales & marketing, financial services, retail, hospitality, technology, management consulting, and property development.
My decades of consulting have enabled me access to many other sectors, including manufacturing, banking, transport, logistics, retail, and professional services. I have actually built a network of contacts that regularly help me in my endeavours. My inquisitive nature and appetite for knowledge led to me gathering a voluminous range of articles, clips, case studies, and books relative to my research on organisational management. I have been a coach and mentor. My personal experiences of failure and success are a bonus to my clients. Among my consulting pursuits was my longing for a tool to accelerate the timeline of managers going from good to exceptional. Indeed, having completed his MBA, I began developing The P9 Management Model, a diamond discovery for senior management. In 2023, my book, The Next Exceptional CEO', was published. It delivers a comprehensive roadmap to organisational excellence by fully understanding the 9 umbrella elements and their 36 relational impacts and applying the model’s principles. I describe myself as a family man, a fortunate husband, a proud father, and a very proud grandfather. I am also a recently retired ordained senior pastor. After balancing my pastoral responsibilities and consulting work for nearly twenty years, I had a sabbatical from consulting. I took on the role of senior pastor of a church in Canberra, serving the local communities and raising funds for vital works overseas, particularly in India. That period enabled significant reflection and writing notes on the firm I would build next and the type of clients I wanted to attract.
