Clients often apologise when they hand over certain tasks.

"The boring stuff."
"The annoying bits."
"The things I’ve been meaning to do for 3 months."

Meanwhile I’m internally thinking… perfect 🤩!

Because this is my zone.

I genuinely like the organising. The resets.
The systems that go from ‚held together by memory‘ to actually working properly.

And the part people don’t always see is:

I’m not just doing admin.
As a VA, you’re stabilising operations.

When follow ups are sent, data is clean, systems make sense and nothing slips through the cracks… your whole business feels steadier.

It’s not glamorous work.
But it’s powerful.

And if you’re quietly carrying all of it in your head right now, that’s usually the sign it’s time to let someone else hold it.

Lucky for you, I’m a total admin nerd.

This is something I’ve been hearing a lot lately:
‘I desperately need help but I’m too busy to even organise that.’

Well… if you’re that frazzled, you probably should have reached out last year.
But you didn’t. So let’s work with where you’re at now 😉.

A good VA won’t expect you to rock up with colour coded systems or a beautifully packaged handover.
We can hold your hand a bit, dig around and help find the very first step to take a few things off your plate.

From there, it builds.
Gently. Practically.
No need to blow up your already overloaded brain.

Most of us are pretty good at figuring out how your business works.
You just have to unlock the door.

We’re mums and sometimes our little people need a little more, and that will always come first.
Do I feel the pull and the guilt trying to juggle it all? Absolutely. All. The. Time.

No one starts a business because admin is fun.
Except me 🙋‍♀️ - but only if it’s someone else’s.

The truth is, most business owners waste hours every week on tasks that don’t actually move things forward.
Emails, forms, follow ups… it all adds up.

So while you chase the big ideas, I’ll handle the parts that quietly chew through your time.

Why I don’t say yes to every client - even as a new business.

When I first started, I thought I had to say yes to everything. And then I realised… actually, I don’t.

A full calendar means nothing if you’re constantly drained, micromanaged and undervalued.

From day one, I only say yes when:
✨ There’s mutual respect.
✨ Communication flows naturally, not forced or one-sided.
✨ The project excites me and fits how I work best.

Saying no isn’t being picky. It’s protecting the quality of my work and my clients’ results.

Anchor? Architect? Ally? Ace? (My personal favourite 💁‍♀️)

Look, we can be a lot of things, but let’s keep it simple and stick with Virtual Assistant. Think of us as your behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps your business moving, your projects on track, and who is someone to debrief with.

Sometimes that last one is the most important task of the day.

'Yeah, but do I really need one?' If you’re a small business owner or entrepreneur, the answer is: very likely.
