New w**e alert: This week, we are launching Pure Glow Rosé - Australia's first collagen-infused w**e.

The new innovation by Watkins W**e showcases premium South Australian fruit, a lighter in alcohol ABV at 9.5%, and a balanced infusion of natural marine collagen for a new way to experience our favourite pink drop.

As part of the preview for the launch of this w**e, we brought the vibes to Bondi Beach Cellars with a powder blue convertible (complete with tunes from DJ Taffie) to entice beachgoers into the bottle shop for a first taste of Pure Glow. The afternoon was a hit with cases of the new w**e flying out the door.

Such a magical night helping celebrate the arrival of its 2024 Vintage Release.

Forty of Australia's top media joined Chief W**emaker (and IWC Sparkling W**emaker of the Year) Ed Carr to dine through five new vintage releases from the prestigious Tasmanian sparkling w**e house. Executive Chef Gabriele Taddeucci expertly paired each dish to the new releases, with Tasmanian highlights featured in every course.

Thank you to the crew at for a sensational evening, along with everyone who attended this special event.
