Full time Warehouse Assistant – Chandlery & Boating Supplies
5 Days Per Week
Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Sussex Inlet

Do you enjoy being around boats and helping people who love the water? We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on full time Warehouse Assistant to join our chandlery team!

About the Role:
You’ll work 5 days per week (weekdays only) supporting our team with customer service, stock handling, and general retail duties in our boating supplies store. Perfect for someone with a passion for boating or marine products, and who enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales
• Re-stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• General shop duties
About You:
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Physically fit and able to lift stock
• Interest in boating or marine equipment a bonus
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Available between Monday and Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

For any customers that purchased a Marlin Inflatable Life Jacket from us before 2022 please check your mechanism within the jacket, if it looks like this one in the photo that is fine and no need to contact Marlin but if it has the brand of Halkey Robert’s you will need to contact Marlin directly and have a chat with customer service. The contact number for Marlin is 02 9557 3999, it is very unlikely to have one of the faulty mechanism we have been informed by Marlin.
