What a year! A big one personally and professionally. My little business keeps on getting bigger and bigger each year. This year we are now a company, added the beautiful Amy as an employee, more matters and meeting more amazing clients! 2026 we have big plans to move office (still within Sutherland) and much more.

Today marks 11 weeks until Christmas Eve 🤯 We note Mak Conveyancing will be closed from 12 noon on 19 December 2025 for the holiday season with our last 2025 settlement being on Thursday, 18 December 2025.

Please note this will be considered when drafting all sale contracts for exchanging purchase contracts.

We note we will return in 2026 on Monday, 12 January 2026 with our first settlement being Wednesday, 14 January 2026.

Today it’s our 12th birthday 🎉 We stopped for a quick bite to reflect on the past 12 years and most importantly this last year. A year where health was my priority however Mak Conveyancing gave me a focus and purpose - a joy of mine! I am backed by an amazing Mak team - Kaye on accounts and all our legal admin needs, Sam who provides support when needed and knows Mak Conveyancing as well as me, Logan is our archive man and now we have the exciting addition of Amy who is providing further admin support.
