3000mm wide stick rake made for a customer who wanted something stronger and more practical then what they’d seen on the market. 1200h x 32mm gr450 tynes with a backing plate to stop branches damaging the hydraulic hitch. Fully rotatable design allows you to double the life span of the rake for the same price as 1! Bolt on hitch brackets allows you to change between makes and models of quick hitches that are on the market today.

Recent job out the door delivered to farmer on Christmas Eve ready for his sheep. Converted this feed mixer for grain use only so he can quickly mix, weigh and feed his sheep feeders more efficiently. Some simple requirements were needed such as;
-Hydraulic variable speed drive
-Folding 8” auger
-Hydraulic choke door
-Winch folding
-Bottom clean out door

Here’s just a snippet of work that’s been going on starting this year’s harvest. Cracked chaser bin augers, chaser bin auger chute alterations and custom ladder to suit a new razor tarp setup. All done onsite so you can spend your time getting your crops off.

Recent repair on this ramp for a drive over hopper at a local grain receival plant. Had previously been taking elsewhere for repair only to fully collapse with a truck on it. Cut off the old and replaced with new portion of the ramp and braced up better than new. All onsite and done ready for this year’s harvest. A couple crack repairs on this tipper in the chassis. Had been previously welded elsewhere so back gouged it out and welded up. Gouged out inside cracks and braced the suspension pedestals.

This trailer was custom made elsewhere with a couple of issues such as no support under rear side extensions as they were only cosmetic and customer wanted to drive on them and needed front side extensions added as well. Slotted side tie rails and front tie bar added to make this trailer more user friendly and topped off with a better than new paint job

Busy getting preseason work done. Header repairs with cracks and damage from bearing failure. Custom tipper extensions and rebuild an infeed auger with larger, stainless steel barrel for a seed cleaner.

Repair on this old air seeder bar. Axle pivot had fatigued and eventually gave out during this years sewing. Replaced broken pipe with new pipe and solid bar stock (90mm) inside so no breakout will happen again!
