Hannah has recently joined our Hire Controller team, coming to us from the beauty industry - which is a fair jump into the world of hire, trucks, toilets, access gear and “what on earth does that machine actually do?”
Since stepping into the role, Hannah has taken on a huge amount of learning. Being a Hire Controller means getting across our equipment range, understanding what each item does, learning our systems, asking the right questions, and helping customers find the right solution for their job.
What we’ve really appreciated about Hannah is her willingness to ask for help, take feedback, and approach the role with a genuine can-do attitude. That kind of attitude matters in a role like this. No one walks into hire knowing everything, and Hannah has shown a real willingness to learn, grow, and give things a go.
We’re really pleased to have Hannah as part of the Swan Hill Hire team, and we’re looking forward to seeing her continue to build confidence in the role.
