At the Institute of Change, we begin with the leader- helping them wear their own oxygen mask first. Equipping them with knowledge, skill, and will to manage their mind, mood, and energy. To understand what peak performance means for them, and then work to keep them in this ideal state, so they can share this power, and enrol their teams and organisations to come with them on the journey. The old ways have stopped working, and so have the old ways of learning.
