SNOO lady update!

It’s been quiet over here as I am holding on by a piece of string with the holidays! 2 x kids home and lots of chaos thrown in.

If you are waiting on a booking, or response. Please hold tight, and I will get back to you asap. I am doing my best at keeping on top but it is definitely proving hard with both kids at home, sicknesses that are unrelenting and a car that I think has a brain and likes to watch me breakdown in it while it is broken down 🙃

I am very limited with my time and capacity until school is back, but as always, do my best to make it work. ❤️

Does your SNOO resemble a mud puddle? Have dirty little fingers dragged snot along the sides? Has it accumulated more dust than behind the washing machine? If so; then you need me!

This SNOO came to me to be prepped for sale and let me tell you, I had my work cut out for me. Not only was it stained, mouldy and full of dust and pet hair, there were spiders and other creepy crawlies hiding underneath. Pair all of that with broken parts, I was wondering how on earth will I get this done in a day?!

This SNOO had a complete works:
• Complete dismantle and internal clean
• Mesh complete clean with mould and stain treatment
• All parts - orings, bearings, speaker cable and wing clip cables replaced
• Motor bearing replacement

It went from drab to fab, and ready to go to a new family who can be sure it is safe, clean and waiting to rock a new baby into a deep, deep slumber.

✨ Hey instagram, we are back! ✨

After a long instagram hiatus thanks to someone managing to hack in and disable my socials, I have finally been able to log back in.

It’s been a year and it’s not even over yet! Lots of sickness, hospital stays, injuries, a car that is testing my patience more than my three-nager and a mind that is on the moon most of the time has been very challenging. There has been dropped balls and some very low points, but the only way is up.

We are back with a new look and an assistant to help out when I inevitably burn myself out because I am a yes person.

Unfortunately we will no longer be doing out of Sydney travel as with 2 kids, school, daycare and everyday life as a somewhat functioning adult, managing to get sometimes 3 hours away and back in time is just not possible, particularly for those trickier problems.

We will also no longer be selling refurbished SNOOS. There are far too many variables, which has led to this decision. What we have on hand for sale, will be the last to go, and will only be available for purchase in Sydney.

The website is getting a revamp and we are adding new services and options to make your life easier and get your SNOO back to new!

Happy Friday!

Here is a nice one for you… customer buys a marketplace SNOO, smells something funky when home… books a clean because the mesh is a bit yuck… I open it up and boom… cat wee everywhere! 🤢

Hi SNOO family,

It has been a bit of a hectic week here for my little family (what’s new 🥴 I have obviously broken more than a few mirrors?) and I have a bit of a back log of messages to get back to. My little girl was hospitalized last weekend, with influenza A. After thinking we were in the clear and coming home, she went downhill FAST again, and we wound up back in hospital after a call from the pediatric ward. Influenza A, pneumonia and suspected kawasaki disease + a heart murmur.

Finally, everything is under control, we got the all clear and no Kawasaki disease but Billie was not in a good way at all with the flu and pneumonia, so I’ve been a bit of a mess. We are finally home though, and billie is on the mend. I have managed to catch influenza also, but hoping that I’ll wake up tomorrow better, and that my back will recover from being squished in that hospital bed with a tiny drunk octopus that was on fire.

Perfect timing after 2 less than great weeks for my son with starting big school, and lots of tears and calls from the school.

I will be getting on top of things tomorrow, so if you have messaged and haven’t had a response after tomorrow evening please do reach out again as I may have missed it. Things may be a little slower than usual while i juggle having billie home until she is fully recovered.
