✨night-time routine✨
My teacher well-being journal has really changed my attitude towards my job.
I’m not saying it’s made it “easier”, but I am looking forward to filling this out because it allows me to really think about the GOOD things in my day, and reflect on what I am grateful for.
I have learnt to appreciate my little wins and set mini goals for myself.
Love this little moment at the end of the night, that has become part of my night time routine 🌃
