Culture is.
You can redesign everything on paper, but if behaviour doesn’t change, nothing actually transforms.
Real transformation isn’t structural. It’s behavioural.
It looks like:
• Faster decisions
• Less friction
• More accountability
• Ex*****on that matches intent
Everything else is just activity.
