Capsules ©️
I have been experimenting with the way two types of timber look and feel special while blending that with the concept of a capsule holding something of real significance.

Capsules are a vessel to showcase signature collection and special products.

It can be a vignette or a room divider, but I love the tactility and luxuriousness the capsules are giving.

Better yet, they can be moved easily making a space much more diverse to human experiences.

DM me to work together on your own spatial object.

Let’s take a look back at the last few months in the studio.

January started with a trip to Canberra, getting inspired by a mix of mid-century, art deco and modernist architecture, along with the art scene.

It actually shifted my perspective on the studio in profound ways.

February picked up very quickly. A few projects came through all at once, including a gelato pop-up in Parramatta that was turned around in just three weeks.
It was a bit wild, but really fun.

We were also working on a modular pavilion concept and some custom joinery for a private residence.

March has been more about getting out and being in it with design events, conversations with businesses, and a few pitches.

I’ve been leaning the studio into more spatial design and objects. It feels good moving in this direction.

I’ve got a feeling the next few months are going to open up some different opportunities.

January got off to a good start with a wholesome trip to Canberra. Distinct eras and art displaying textures, shapes, light, patterns, all the elements inspiring the forms I create within the studio.

You may see a set of stairs or a pool of water, I see those stairs become an object or capturing the mood of light ripples created by the pools of water.

Must see:
1. Film and sound archive - not just for the art deco architecture/interiors but the exhibitions.
2. Manuka pool - the spatial layout is simple with a women's and men wing surrounding the pool. So so good.
3. Greenshed underground - a cool second hand shop full of potential.
4. bus shelters - throughout the burbs, theyre are a perfect example of a small piece of architecture that is functional and not an eye sore

We're transforming a customer purchase into a customer experience.
Most liquor shops follow the left path—transactional, forgettable, one and done.
But when you create a bespoke experience like the tasting room we designed, you get an alternative path—loyal customers who tell their friends, who come back, who feel seen.

The difference? Textural finishes, intimate seating, warm lighting, sophisticated displays, and thoughtful touchpoints. Small intentional elements that completely change the outcome.

This concept was created with a small footprint and consideration of the retail display.

The best part? We don't just solve space and budget concerns—we enhance your ROI through customer engagement.

People aren't buying what you sell, they buy how you make them feel.

We created a conceptual tasting room in an existing liquor store in Newtown, to show businesses what can be done with limited space and enhanced customer experience.

A semi private tasting room is great for choosing a wine pairing for an outing and even for date night.

This simple design uses only 2 materials and can be easily set up and disassembled. The goal was for the room to blend with the existing space with little impact to retail display.

Thank you for allowing us to use your space to show what's possible.

Would you choose adaptability if you knew it meant never outgrowing your space—just growing into new versions of it?

The stats say most businesses won't make it to year 5. But when your space can evolve with your vision, you're not boxed in by those odds. Design for longevity means design for change—and that changes everything.

A community concept to revamp unused retail shops and create new community hubs with old precincts.

This 'floating facade' design iteration uses construction scaffolding supports, recycled foam from local businesses and other material offcuts to create a community library to share knowledge or even for seller hubs? 💭

We are proud to be creating other iterations for both exterior and interior applications and hope to collaborate with local councils like and that see the value in revitalising areas, creating opportunities for thriving business and bringing the community together.

Ways to Work With Us

Every project begins with a space.
And every space begins with intention.

We work across three stages:
Create Your Space – where the vision takes form
Furnish Your Space – where the layers are added
Bring Space Alive – where the experience is made real

How far we go in each stage?
That depends on your project.
Some need a full journey.
Others just need the spark.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need.
You just need to feel ready.

Want to chat? Let’s start there.
