🌸🌱SPRING EQUINOX - NORTHERN HEMISPHERE
Today marks the spring equinox. Time for renewal in all things. Coming out of the dark and cold winter and into the sunshine again. Time to rejuvenate ourselves and get a new lease on life....time for rebuild our immune systems with sun, vitamin C and a bit of pampering.

You may feel a sense of renewed energy and wanting to tackle new projects or tackle the ones you started but put aside for a while.

What do you feel like throwing your energy into?.... don’t overthink it, just do it.

On a deeper metaphysical level it represents the battle between light and dark....life and death.
Considering everything that’s going on in the world it seems highly appreciate.

Just remember, we’re leaving the dark behind.... at least in the Southern Hemisphere.

Feel hopeful and joyous 💜

🍂🍄🐿 🍎AUTUMN EQUINOX - NORTHERN HEMISPHERE
Today marks the AUTUMN EQUINOX. This is a time for harvesting what we’ve been putting our efforts into....reaping what we’ve sown . Time to take stock of what we’ve got and get ready for the winter months ahead.

When I think of autumn I think heart warming soups, comfort food, apples, cinnamon, pumpkins and chestnuts. Time to get cosy on the couch with a hot chocolate or glass of wine. It’s my favourite season.... all the autumnal tones and gorgeous trees.

It’s also time to start planning ahead.... where do we want to make changes in our lives? What do we need to be laying the groundwork for now in order to get the benefits when spring comes? What seeds need to be planted so something comes to fruition? Is it a relationship, friendship, career change or a move to another place? Whatever it is for you, don’t miss the opportunity... get motivated and surge forward.
