We are currently looking for suitable people for the following roles:

❤️Family Mentor:

Work with families who are in the Out of Homecare System or at risk or entering OOHC to stay on track and meet their goals whilst ensuring strength in community and culture.

❤️ Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinator:

Work with Mentees, creating workplans and referrals to strengthen their Health & Wellbeing, building relationships and walking side by side with Mentees.

We have been collaborating with by picking up and dropping off food hampers kindly donated by the Exodus Foundation.

Tribal Warrior help out with the transportation of these food hampers.

All the donations and help that is given towards the community never goes unnoticed and is greatly appreciated !

Providing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, children and youth in NSW with a gender specific service which is sensitive to their culturally diverse needs and to those who are victims of violence, with access to appropriate legal representation, advice and referral.
