Spent some time this weekend working with a player I've known and coached for many years, currently playing high-level men's football in Poland and back home for his exams.

Today's focus was on finishing. One thing that has always stood out is his ability to use both feet comfortably. His range of finishing, from different angles and distances, remains one of his strongest attributes.

Good to catch up and get some quality work done. ⚽️

An incredible night talking football with Tony Basha (Australasian Soccer Academy), coach Johnathon, and Brentford legend Lloyd Owusu.

From Tony stepping into his new role as Coaching Director at Nakhonsi FC in Thailand, to backing Antonio Arena’s move to AS Roma, this is proof that opportunity is created by people who care.

There are no written blueprints.
No fixed pathways.
Just elite environments built by coaches and management who genuinely invest in players.

✨ Huge congratulations to Oscar Sandiford just 15 years old and already earning an England call-up at u17s, playing his part in two brilliant 2-1 wins! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ⚽️

On top of that, he’s been stepping up with the Tottenham U18s, delivering quality performances and racking up assists from right-back in recent games. 🔥

It was a real privilege to coach Oscar at U12 & U13 before he signed for Crystal Palace. To see his journey and continued development is something I’m incredibly proud of. 🙌
