Why you need to be creating video content for your real estate brand. ๐ŸŽฅ

Video content has the potential to make or break your real estate brand.

Quality video content has the power to not only convert your prospects into your most quality leads but it exposes and develops your brand image to your already pre existing audience.

The internet is moving towards video content, particularly short form video content. With the rise of things like TikTok and YouTube shorts the trend is clearly there.

One reason why video content is so powerful is because you can create one piece of content that will last for the lifetime of your business.

Also creating video content doesn't have to be hard, whether your just in the car or at home talking about the market or a successful transaction with a vendor and how you were able to achieve satisfactory results.

And also don't be afraid to put some money behind your videos to get your brand out there, even 100 dollars can get your brand shown to a few thousand people in your local area.

Remember to not stress to hard over getting your content perfect every time, remember โ€œdone is better than perfectโ€

You also want to be consistent when posting your content.

Thought I would give a layout of how we can easily generate leads, build a brand and convert 1-2 extra listings a month without cold calling, door knocking or junk mail letterbox drops
Here is a general breakdown:

Step 1 โœ…: GENERATE LEADS
Give people what they want, not what you think they need.
Most people go out and talk about real estate to people who really for the most part, don't have an interest in real estate. To go into your market and identify the people who are most interested in what you have to offer, simply put out a lead magnet or a lead generation campaign and attract the people instead of chasing them. Attract the people that actually want to buy or sell their property.
So.... rule number 1, give people what they want, not what you think they need.

Step 2 โœ…: DRIP CAMPAIGNS
Following up with your leads is key ๐Ÿ”‘
Pull the leads into your CRM and have automated email and message drips follow up with all the leads you are generating. We build out email and message drip campaigns for all of our clients to continually follow up with prospects that are generated at step 1

Step 3 โœ…: BUILD A BRAND
As you all know, real estate is a relationship business.

So... You want to be building a relationship with the leads you are generating.

Don't be transactional minded.

Relationships will take you further than any transaction ever will. If you build a relationship with people you can have a client forever. If you just focus on a transaction, you'll have to constantly be cycling through trying to get new customers.

EVERY DEAL YOU DO IN REAL ESTATE SHOULD BE WORTH TWO MORE. Meaning that the person you did business with should want to refer you to other people. The experience starts the moment a prospect first sees you and becomes a lead.

So.... Re market the leads you have generated with value based video content to instantly start creating relationships and building your brand

That is a general layout of the system that I use for our clients.

You get there by focusing on the right actions every day no matter how long it will take

If it happens within a 30-day timeframe, thatโ€™s a byproduct of taking the right actions daily

Because when you focus on a 30-day sprint which I heard from so many beginners including meโ€ฆ

Your mindset is all type of messed up!

You're not focused on setting up your foundation or doing tasks properly with patience

You're just diving into the unknown blindfolded and you'll end up beating yourself up for not getting there๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

So be patient with your goals focus on what you need to do daily no matter the timeframe and you'll get there. Even sooner than you think.

If you donโ€™t follow up within the first 5 minutes, the chances of converting the lead diminishes drastically.โฃ
