Delighted to be facilitating Yoga Flow class at Emergence Yoga Kiama, each Wednesday morning 9.30-10.30am.

Yoga Flow on Mondays at 6pm and Wednesdays at 9.30am starting 12 JulyπŸ™

We are thrilled to welcome Richard Mogg to Emergence! He'll be offering Yoga Flow, a flowing yoga class combining movement and iRest guided meditation, on Wednesdays at 9.30am starting 12 July.
Richard is a certified iRest Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Ignite Your Spirit Therapist, Dispute Mediator, Conflict Management and Resilience Coach.
His first career was 30 years as an Australian Army officer. During his military career, he explored various resilience and well-being techniques to maintain balance, manage stress and optimise performance.
Richard facilitates community and corporate training, sharing his experience to help others enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation, recover from trauma, stress and burn-out, and achieve optimal well-being.

It is inspirational to be working with the Monash University Cybersecurity team, delivering an 8 week Mental Resilience Program, including the iRest protocol.

During the opening 2 hour session this team were authentic and courageously vulnerable discussing the challenges they face daily on the frontline of cybersecurity.

Looking forward to the next 7 sessions and reviewing the metrics on well-being and performance improvement.

I am delivering six weeks of online iRest Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation, each Thursday 7pm (for 45min), 22 July - 26 August, drop-in to any class (by donation to Frontline Yoga).

iRest is an evidence based guided meditation protocol, incorporating mindfulness plus self-enquiry, and it is trauma aware.

Research indicates iRest -
