Yesterday, I decided to be brave and trial a boxing class. My buddy punched the pad a little too hard… and my finger paid the price. Now rocking a splint, still observing. So far it’s just pain. No swelling, no drama (yet).

Safe to say… I won’t be going back to that boxing class. Ah yes, the life of a mum turning 40, wanting to be fit, but also wanting to keep all fingers intact. On to the next safer workout option. Lol 😆

Today’s one-task-a-day job:
✔️ Sorting through my son’s school uniforms - checking what needs a size up and what my second child (daughter) can reuse for pre-K.

Sounds simple… until you remember that here in Sydney there’s summer uniform, winter uniform, and sports uniform, then girls wear skorts instead of shorts 😅 Took more time than expected but future me will be thankful.

One task a day kind of mindset.
We’ve got 365 days in a year anyway. 😅
Today’s job: cleaning the range hood and vent… something I haven’t touched since we moved in last year.
Not fun, but feels so good once it’s done.
Little by little, it all adds up.

Ps. Removed filters to clean properly.
