Something I hear over and over! “I used to be able to rock my baby to sleep, now it’s taking hours, help” 🤯
As our little ones get older 👶 they tend to get overstimulated quickly, that’s why rocking your baby “can” be causing your little one to stay awake for longer 😴
Next time, try give your little one time ⏳and a bit of space to practice returning back to sleep in their cot. Not only does this allow for a quicker resettle in the long run, it helps reduce overnight wakes 💃
