Let’s be honest…
Most people don’t freeze on sales calls because of “strategy.”

They freeze because the minute money enters the chat…
old stories, shame, and fear jump in too.

For some, the hardest part is saying the number out loud.
For others, it’s holding the number when tension shows up on the prospect’s face.

But here’s the deeper bit no one talks about:
It’s rarely just about the price.

If you’re exhausted after every sales call… this might be why.

In my early days of sales, I was “on” for every single call.
Overexcited.
Over-performing.
And honestly?
It was exhausting.

There’s a big difference between:
✨ being genuinely excited to talk to someone
vs.
⚡ cranking your energy way past what feels natural just to “sound enthusiastic.”

When your nervous system is fried after every call, it’s usually not “introvert problems”…
it’s that you’re playing a character instead of being yourself.

And then there’s the second thing nobody talks about 👇

Your camera + eye contact.

When you’re talking to someone and your head is slightly turned,
or your eyes are just off-screen,
you know you’re looking at them…
but they feel like you’re talking to someone else.

It’s a tiny detail that makes a huge difference in connection.

Even if your camera isn’t in the perfect spot,
do whatever you can so the prospect feels like you’re really speaking to them.

Because if they’re thinking,
“Why does this feel… off?”
they’re not fully present with what you’re saying.

No script fixes that.

Michael Phelps didn’t “wake up like this.”
He trained every day for 7 years to get his first gold.
What makes you think you’re behind?

He trained every single day for seven years.
No breaks.
No “I’ll start again Monday.”
Just reps.

And here we are… judging ourselves after 6 months,
3 weeks,
or one “inconsistent” season.

Being hard on yourself isn’t always a bad thing,
it usually means you’re not okay with staying complacent.

But there’s a sweet spot:
High standards and self-respect.
Pushing yourself and respecting the process.

Because anyone excellent at what they do?
They didn’t just “get lucky.”
They got their reps up.
Over and over and over again.

So no, you don’t have to stop being hard on yourself.
Just… redirect it:
Raise your standards.
Raise your expectations.
And remember to add a little gratitude for how far you’ve already come.

You’re not late. You’re in the reps phase.

Save this for the days you forget it’s a long game.

All those hours nobody sees… for this moment.

Years of reps.
Endless revisions.
Late nights, early flights.

And then it all comes down to a few seconds:
The walk on stage.
The first words out of your mouth.
The way you enter the “cage” of your craft.

Fighters train for years knowing one moment can change their whole life.
Speakers, performers, creators? Same thing.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s about who you decide to be in that split second when the lights hit you.

Would you step into that moment differently if you remembered how much you’ve already poured into it?

Growing into a higher-conscious mind,
isn’t about adding more,
it’s about gently cutting away everything,
that isn’t aligned with your higher self.

When you release what’s out of integrity,
with who you really are,
you start to live in divine alignment,
not just think about it.

This is the difference between,
“knowing everything’s perfect” as a concept,
and embodying that truth in your daily actions.

From that place, your choices,
boundaries,
leadership,
and relationships shift,
because they’re guided by a deeper inner trust,
not external pressure.

If you fully lived from the knowing that everything is already perfect, what’s one action you’d take differently today?
