A little Redburn backstory about how a computer guy and a hairdresser started a hot sauce business..

In early 2021 Doug woke up and said i'm going to make a hot sauce, the next day he made two more. By the end of the week he had made 8 different varieties of sauce. He was excited about it in a different way than I was about the 15 crafts I had tried during the lockdown.

How Doug sees it..

After a period of chaotic sauce making we whittled it down to four sauces then tweaked the recipes, forcing it upon friends and family. We now have four kitchen staples that won’t dominate a meal just add kick to something that’s already great. (Except for the reaper that’ll blow you head off)
